Psichelite

Psichelite are magic gems found all over Summa either underground or protruding from rock surfaces. Usually, the deeper they are dug from, the stronger they are. Most of the technology in Summa relies on Psichelite.

Psichelite can have different effects and strengths, but most technology simply uses its raw power to function. They can also have a specific elemental attribute among Aether, Void, Fire, Ice, Bolt or Gaea.

Stronger Psichelite are called Noble. Unlike lesser Psichelite, which gradually lose energy as they are used, Noble Psichelite can make use of the former to keep their energy untouched and be used for much longer periods of time. Noble Psichelite are usually in the hands of royalty and high-ranking officials: King Nibbio Habichtar IV holds one in his collar, while his daughter and son sport one in her glove and in his headpiece respectively.

Exhausted Psichelite are used in common jewelry.
